These SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to the PACER messaging program operated by JPG Ventures LLC (“JPG Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Program description
PACER messages may include customer-support replies, appointment and service reminders, operational status updates, and requested PACER account or system notifications. We do not use this program to send unsolicited marketing messages.
How to opt in
You may opt in by texting START to the JPG Ventures LLC PACER messaging number after the number is provided directly by JPG Ventures LLC, or by otherwise explicitly requesting a text conversation with us. We maintain consent records that may include your phone number, opt-in method, and timestamp. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests and account or service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s rates and terms govern any charges.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out. Reply HELP for assistance or contact connect@jpgventures.io. After opting out, you may opt in again by texting START.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility and responsibility
You must be the authorized user of the mobile number provided and able to consent to receive messages. Tell us promptly if your mobile number changes or is reassigned.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the JPG Ventures Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
